Our New Online Newsletter

Hello.  You probably found this blog because you subscribed to our online newsletter.  Welcome.  All of our newsletters and additional information will also be published here on, so please visit often.

I know you get a lot of email newsletters!  So I want you to know why my firm's email newsletter will be unique.  First, we are going to try to find out what our existing and former clients want from us.  What kind of updates and information will be useful in your life?

Changes in consumer, bankruptcy and business issues in the news can be overwhelming to consumers and leave a lot of unanswered questions.  I want you to know how these changes can affect you as someone who has either been in a bankruptcy, is in an active bankruptcy or is preparing to file bankruptcy.  We want to make sure you are not left behind and that your rights are protected now.  These issues can include credit reporting, loan modifications, predatory lending, debt collection and mortgage rates, among other topics.

As the founder of my law firm for the last 16 years, I want you to know that our staff and team of attorneys are ready to help you and your family get the results you need and answer your legal concerns quickly and inexpensively.

  1. We want the truth and what is best for the client even if it's not the easiest, quickest solution. Submit several plans, have multiple meetings in office or on the phone. Fight for the client not with them!
